Yacht Trips with Kids: Is It Safe? Absolutely — and Truly Memorable
Did you know that around 80% of our yacht tours are booked by families?
And it’s easy to see why — children are often the ones who enjoy the experience most, filling the deck with laughter and excitement. Their joy quickly becomes yours.
So, let’s talk about safety:
Is it safe to bring kids on a yacht tour?
Yes, absolutely. Children of any age are welcome on all our yachts.
Of course, a little extra attention and supervision from parents is important — but the yacht space itself is not dangerous if basic precautions are taken.
Here’s what we recommend if you’re planning a sea adventure with your kids:
-
Bring armbands or life vests for smaller children
-
Take time to explain where not to go on board — and why
-
If there are multiple kids, assign one adult per child — it’s a simple but effective system
-
Plan some activities or distractions — you know best what keeps your child engaged
-
Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, and a change of clothes for the trip
And from our side, we’ll provide:
-
Comfortable cabins with bedding — perfect for mid-trip naps or relaxing breaks
-
Towels for all guests
-
On some yachts: snorkel masks and fins for older kids who want to explore the sea
-
Occasionally: fishing rods, for those curious young anglers
-
And most importantly — a friendly crew and positive atmosphere that will keep even our youngest sailors smiling
We look forward to welcoming you — and your little ones — on board soon!
