Your Safety Comes First: Transfer Recommendations and Boarding Guidelines
At the heart of our service is a simple principle: quality and safety above all. Your experience matters to us — and so does your well-being at every stage of your journey.
One of the most important steps we take is recommending trusted transfer services to our guests. Here’s why:
Why Choose Our Recommended Transfers?
We work with licensed and reliable providers who offer more than just a ride — they deliver comfort, punctuality, and safety.
What you can expect:
-
Vehicles with all required licenses and certificates to operate legally in the tourism sector
-
Fully insured cars that meet quality standards and cover a wide range of insurance cases, including road incidents
-
Professional drivers with years of experience, excellent knowledge of the area, and the ability to calculate accurate arrival times so you won’t waste a minute of your day
Can We Pick You Up Directly from Your Hotel Pier?
This is one of the most frequent requests we receive, and we’d like to explain why we generally do not recommend it:
-
Not all piers are suitable for yachts.
Hotel piers designed for jet skis or small boats are often not structurally equipped to accommodate a 20-meter yacht, which can make boarding unsafe or even impossible. -
Sea conditions vary throughout the day.
After midday, small waves are common. While they’re no problem at sea, they can make docking at an exposed pier risky. No responsible captain will jeopardize your safety or the integrity of the vessel. -
Dinghy pickup is sometimes possible, but not ideal.
In some cases, we can send a small inflatable boat to collect you from the pier and bring you to the yacht. However, this method is less comfortable — especially if the sea is choppy. Getting wet or balancing on an unsteady platform isn’t the best start to a luxurious day at sea.
In Summary
We’re always happy to accommodate your wishes where possible, but safety will always be our top priority.
By following our professional recommendations, you can rest assured that your experience will be smooth, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable — from your very first step on board.
